In-Home Colour Consultancy.. Our In-Home Colour Consultancy service provides professional colour and decorative advice, tailored to your personal style, transforming your vision into balanced and striking schemes.

Every detail of your property is taken into account such as the size and shape of your rooms, architectural features, light sources and furnishings.

As self-confessed paint geeks, we have a great enthusiasm for how colour and the variety of paint finishes work. Our In-Home Colour Consultations are an enjoyable and fact filled experience, sharing our knowledge on the dynamics of paint and pigment, giving you the confidence to go solo on future projects.

We specialise in Farrow and Ball, yet have a broad knowledge of leading paint brands, from designer collections to trade paints and eco-friendly options. We can advise on the most suitable brands for your project, within the parameters of your budget.

We start with an informal pre-appointment phone call, where you can guide us through your project and expectations. It’s great to discuss your decorating plans in advance, such as time scales, budgets and ideas, to help us visualise and prepare for your visit, making the most of your time with us on-site.

During the home visit we will assess the architecture, space and light of your rooms, identifying details that could be missed, and present detailed colour schemes and decorative guidance. Throughout the consultation we give in-depth advice into sheen levels, recommended finishes and explain how the pigment will react to your light sources. Following the consultation, you will receive written specifications of your chosen schemes. We are happy to supply copies of the specs to your decorators and to be point of call if they have any queries.

Pricing..

Every project is unique, but we generally advise that colour schemes for 4 rooms can be achieved within an hour, depending on the complexity of the space and architecture etc.

Minimum one hour appointment, £150 per hour. Additional time can be added at £75 per 30 minutes.
